Returns & Refund Policy – UK Customers

Digital Products

Under UK law, digital products such as software licenses are non-refundable once download, activation, or delivery has occurred — unless the product is faulty or not as described.

By purchasing from softkeys.uk  you agree to waive your 14-day “cooling-off” period once the product key or license is delivered and/or activated, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your key has not been delivered or activated, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The license key has not been delivered or is not working, and we cannot replace it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of your order with a valid reason.
  • The product is not as described or materially defective, and we are unable to resolve the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Keys that were successfully delivered and activated.
  • Buyer error (e.g., incompatible software, incorrect version).
  • Change of mind or mistaken purchase after key delivery.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at sales@softkeys.uk with your:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshot of any error message (if applicable)

We aim to respond within 2 to 24 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days, depending on your provider and shopify payments platform.
