Standard Edition Standard Edition is limited to 5 mounted databases per server.
Enterprise Edition Enterprise Edition can scale to 100 mounted databases per server.
Note that this is an Open License and is designed for businesses with between two and 25 computers. Open licenses are perpetual licenses.
